SIRA · Smart Insurance Recommendation Assistant · v3

From “just browsing” to
“covered” — in one conversation.

SIRA meets the customer where they already are — on iii.insure at midnight, or on the phone at 7am — and walks them from first question to bought policy without ever handing them a form. Six product lines. Voice or text. And when they change their mind halfway through, the quote changes with them.

What customers actually feel

Nine moments of delight,
one continuous conversation.

Every one of these happened in a real demo recording. Not one of them ended with “sorry, let's start again”.

A quote wherever they are

SIRA is already on the product page when the customer lands — 11pm, Sunday, phone in one hand — and answers in the same warm voice whether they type or talk.

Anywhere, any hour

Change your mind, mid-quote

“Wait, it's not a Civic — sorry, it's a Honda City.” SIRA says “No problem at all” and asks for the new model. No restart, no lost progress.

Corrections welcome

A typo doesn't cost you the quote

“Sorry, I typed it wrong — the correct birth date is March 2023.” SIRA re-checks eligibility and re-prices all four plans in the next breath.

Re-quotes on the spot

Interrupt it any time

“Before that — what if I need to cancel later?” SIRA stops selling, answers the question properly, then offers to carry on. The customer sets the pace.

Barge-in friendly

A real price, not an estimate

Every figure comes off the live rating table: S$1,430.95 for Third Party Only, S$717.80 for the maid plan, S$465 for the Altruistic pet plan.

Real numbers

Add a driver, a pet, a traveller — or a country

“My husband drives it too, and my sister may use it occasionally.” Change the headcount, add a stop, shift a date — SIRA re-prices instead of starting over.

Grows with the answer

An honest no — and a way back

Declined over an accident? “Wait — it was just a near accident, three years ago.” Eligibility reverses in one turn. No appeal form, no new session.

No dead ends

The awkward question, answered before buying

“Before I buy — I work from home and sometimes rent out a room. Am I still covered?” Working from home: yes. Business equipment and renting: no. Better to know now.

Tells you what's not covered

Warm enough to keep talking

“Hey there! 😄”, “Awesome choice!”, “Let me look that up for you…” — the tone of a good broker at the end of a phone, available at 2am.

Human, not robotic
Six product lines · one AI

Walk SIRA's customer journey for every line.

Each product page is a faithful recreation of the live SIRA conversation on iii.insure — featuring the persona, the multi-turn flow, the quoted numbers, and the smart features that powered the call.

From the customer's side of the screen

No forms. No callbacks.
Just one good conversation.

A customer should never have to repeat themselves, wait for an email, or start again because they got one answer wrong. Here is what the whole thing feels like from their side.

1

Arrive

It's late, the customer is on iii.insure reading about Motor cover, and SIRA is already there in the corner — ready to talk, not ready to hand over a form.

2

Say it out loud

No dropdowns. The customer just says what they need: “I'd like a quote for my car.” Voice or text, whichever suits the moment.

3

Answer a few questions

SIRA asks what it needs and nothing it doesn't. When the answer is vague — “I've had my licence six years” — it works out the year and confirms, instead of looping.

4

See a real number

Plans side by side with actual premiums, and a plain-English comparison the moment the customer asks “what's the difference?”.

5

Buy — or keep talking

“Before I buy…” is always welcome. SIRA answers, then hands over a purchase link. Nobody is ever told to start again.

6

Nothing to re-type

That link opens the purchase form already filled in with everything the customer said out loud — their name, the vehicle, the dates, the travellers, the plan. They read it, fix anything that looks off, and pay. The typing was the part AI was meant to remove.

Why it holds up

Built so the conversation never drops the thread.

The engineering stays out of sight. What the customer actually notices is that SIRA never asks twice, never guesses a price, and never invents an answer.

🎙

Say it or type it

Talk or type, switch mid-sentence, interrupt whenever. SIRA follows the customer, not the other way round.

🧠

It remembers

Names, birthdays, the car, the dog, the flat. Nothing gets asked twice — and a correction updates everything already said.

⚖️

It knows the rules

Eligibility, age limits, exclusions. When the answer is no, SIRA says no, says why, and offers a way forward.

💱

The price is real

Every figure comes off the live rating table. What the customer is quoted is what they pay — before GST, stated plainly.

🛡

It sounds like us

Warm, plain-English, unhurried. Stays on insurance, and hands over to a human adviser the moment the customer asks.

The longest real journey: 62 turns

Sixty-two turns in, it still knows the sister's birthday.

The motor demo runs sixty-two conversational turns: two named drivers collected, a sister who turns out to be too young, a mid-quote change of car, a windscreen claim nobody asked about, S$3,000 of accessories declared late, a cancellation question, and a plan switch at the very end. SIRA never asks the same question twice.

  • Remembers the details. Dates of birth, licence years, postal codes, plan choices — carried forward across the whole conversation, never re-asked.
  • Works with a vague answer. “I've had my licence six years” becomes 2020, confirmed in one turn instead of three.
  • Reverses on new facts. A “no” becomes a “yes” the moment the customer clarifies. No appeal form, no new session.
  • Re-prices on the spot. Add a driver, switch Third Party to Comprehensive, declare S$3,000 of accessories — the quote moves with the conversation.
  • Knows when to hand over. Off-policy question, or an unhappy customer? SIRA escalates to a human adviser with the full transcript.

From conversation to checkout

The form arrives already filled in.

SIRA does not hand the customer a blank application form. When they tap the purchase link, the purchase page opens with everything the conversation already established — their vehicle, their dates, their travellers, their plan — sitting in the fields. They read it, correct anything that looks wrong, and pay.

💡

The part most quote journeys get wrong

Collecting the details is only half the job. If the customer then has to type the same vehicle, the same dates and the same travellers into a web form, the conversation bought them nothing. SIRA treats the chat as the data-entry step and the form as a confirmation screen — so the effort is spent once.
